We listen, act, and transform
I believe we live in a world that can be cruel and unkind to people that needhelp. I have desired to be a safe place for people to reach out to when they need it.
I was born and raised in Central Florida, close to Tampa. In 2007, my husband and I relocated to Georgia. I am a wife and mother of two boys who keep me busy and help me to remember the small things in life that bring me joy. Some of my
hobbies include cooking, photography, hiking, exercising, and gardening.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College. After which, I went on to receive my Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate Institute.
I primarily work with adults and children, who have experienced depression and anxiety, many of which have experienced traumatic events.
Some people do not want to go into a lot of details while processing their traumatic experiences. That is why I have been trained in, and practice EMDR.
